Final Presentation Deadline: September 30, 2010

Conference Overview
This world-class Conference, featuring four tracks, will focus on case studies, best practices, successes and challenges of technology-dependent applications.

Tracks
- Aerospace

Please see the complete list of proposed preliminary topics.  If you have a suggestion for a topic that doesn’t exactly fit into the preliminary Agenda, please submit it anyway as we still have some flexibility in the program.

Conference content is non-commercial in nature.  A speaker is discouraged from mentioning his company too frequently and sales pitches should be held for the Exhibition Area.

The conference will be presented on January 27, 2011.  January 26 will be a pre-conference set-up day and expo with a NASA Tour in the afternoon.

The format of each session may vary depending on how the Session chair wishes to organize his/her session.  Generally, each session will have 2 fifteen minute presentations and a total of 15 minutes for questions.

Submitting Speaking Proposals

Anyone wishing to submit a proposal to participate in the Conference should send a brief paragraph describing what attendees can expect to hear in their presentation.  Should speaker proposals be selected, the paragraph they have submitted will be posted on the website and included in all promotions.
Speaking candidates should also provide a brief bio and high resolution photo that will also be posted on the website as soon as participation is confirmed.
